SUMMARY COUNCIL MINUTES

Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, Mark Barwald, Barb Gilliland others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Agenda, consent agenda, minutes, and accounts payable as presented;
- Dodge Center Lions Club use of the community center December 10-17 for Santa Anonymous gift sorting and distribution;
- Accept the gift of historical items from those wishing to donate them and will work towards finding a way to display them;
- Quote from KLM Engineering for $22,810 and Slack Painting for $35,500, for a total of $58,310, to perform proposed maintenance on Water Tower No. 2 in 2023;
- Begin the process to issue a General Obligation Bond in the amount of $3M, for the 2023 Street Improvement Project, and to pay all costs beyond the $3M Bond with cash from the Capital Improvement Fund;
- The Dodge Center Lions Club to plant 2 cherry blossom trees in Lions Park.
