Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen via video, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, AJ Gengler, Jeremy Dostal, Deputy Josiah Rehmann, Daren Meier - Widseth and Kathy Freeman
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda to include March 11, 2024 City Council Minutes, February 20, 2024 Park Board Minutes; Library Board Minutes from November 9, 2023, December 14, 2023, January 11, 2024 and February 8, 2024; Minutes from the February 28, 2024 EDA Meeting; Payment of Bills; Relay for Life Donation Request, Community Education Funding and Community Education North Field Use;
• Planned use by the Fire Department of the 2023 Emergency Funding from the State of Minnesota;
• Purchase of a new pool vacuum for the Aquatic Center;
• Purchase of a Kubota V Series Utility Vehicle;
• Funding attendance at a Honkers game for Ambulance Services staff;
• Resolution 2024-011 A Resolution Declaring Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment Roll;
• Resolution 2024-012 A Resolution Setting a Hearing on the Proposed Assessment as amended;
• City Administrator and City Attorney to work on an ordinance regarding pallet fences.
