Present: Bill Ketchum, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, AJ Gengler, Jeremy Dostal, Deputy Josiah Rehmann, Tim Woessner and Melanie Leth, City Attorney’s, Larry VanHout, P.E., Widseth, Jennifer Svennes, P.E., Nero Engineering and Kathy Freeman
Absent: Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen
The City Council approved the following items:
•Agenda and consent agenda to include: February 12, 2024 City Council Minutes, January 9, 2024 HRA Minutes; Payment of Bills, 2023 Airport Report; Garbage Hauler License Renewals; 2024 Assessment Agreement with Dodge County; Appointment of Wade Fugleberg to HRA Board; Jarrett Settlement Agreement and Release; Pool Manager Hire; Triton High School Council Community Center Request;
•Resolution 2024-010 – A Resolution Adopting Facility Plan for Wastewater System;
•Prepared response to MPCA;
•Disposal of Class A/B Foam through Olmsted County;
•Fire Department grant application for replacing air packs;
•Match the Aquatic Center wages approved by the City of Kasson;
•Ambulance Service contract between the City of Dodge Center and Dodge County Youth Hockey over March 1, 2 and 3, 2024;
•Free swim day on Saturday, June 15, 2024 during Dodger Days;
•Donation to Dodger Days Committee for advertising, insurance, etc.;
•Grant application for two EFG Heart Monitors for Ambulance Services;
•Hiring of DeCook Excavating to finish off sidewalk at 6 ½ Ave.
