Correction to the November 13, 2023 Summary of Minutes: Council Member Paul Blaisdell was present.
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda;
• Appointment of Brittney Wilcox and Mario Leon to Dodger Days Committee;
• Authorizing City Attorney, City Treasurer and Mayor as MBT Bank signees;
• Directing of staff to look into amending code to allow right of way encroachment in the commercial business district;
