Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Jeremy Dostal and Kathy Freeman
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and amended consent agenda to include: January 8, 2024 City Council Minutes, Payment of Bills, Appointment of Jaci Gosse to replace Rob Jarrett on EDA Board, 2024 Sheriff’s Contract, Pay Equity Report, Authorize Hiring Rachel Jensen as Assistant Pool Manager, Resolution No. 2024-007 A Resolution Accepting Donation to the City, Fire and Ambulance Staff 2024 Pool Passes, payment of 2018 G O Water Revenue Bond and the G O Improvement Bonds payment for the 2020 Street Project;
• School Resource Officer Contract through December 2024 pending indemnification language is amended and acceptable to City Attorney and City Administrator;
• Increase in the Wastewater Supervisor position salary if holding a Class A Wastewater License;
• Amendment of top end salary for City Treasurer to $104,000.00;
• Acceptance of Community Development Technician, David Myrom, resignation.
