Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, AJ Gengler, Charles Dappen, Mark Barwald, Tim Woessner and Kathy Freeman
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and amended consent agenda;
• Hiring of Anthony Jenson, paid on-call EMT and Colby Lesniak, paid on-call EMR;
• Authorizing staff to move forward with MPCA discussion until budgetary items are discussed;
• Approval of McNeilus Third Preliminary Plat;
• Approval of Thiemann Second Preliminary Plat;
• Approval of amended 2024 Proposed Budget;
• Approval of Resolution 2023-023 – A Resolution Approving the Proposed Budget of the City of Dodge Center and Authorizing the City Administrator to Certify the Proposed Tax Levy Request to the County Auditor;
• Approve Budget Hearing Date – December 11, 2023 and Time – 8:00 a.m.;
• Resolution 2023-024 – A Resolution of Authorization to Execute Minnesota Department of Transportation Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Excluding Land Acquisition;
• Public Works Department to work with Chris Pluto in planting hydrangea bushes near softball field;
• Closed Session – 6:40 p.m.
• Re-opened Session – 6:51 p.m.
