Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, Mark Barwald, Angie Jarrett, Daren Meier, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Agenda, consent agenda, minutes, and accounts payable as presented;
- Paid on Call Ambulance Hire;
- Set Currency Exchange Public Hearing Date;
- Abatement of 206 1st St. SW;
- Resolution 2022-037, A Resolution Declaring the Results of the Regular City Election of November 8, 2022;
- Purchase of a new pump for the Wastewater Treatment Plant for $59,454.00;
- $56,775 for a proposal from Widseth for engineering services for a plan amendment for the Wastewater Treatment Plant;
- Accepting a proposal from Widseth to provide grant administration services if the City is awarded an SCDP grant;
- Personnel Handbook Updates effective January 1, 2023.
