Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Lee Mattson, AJ Gengler, Mark Barwald, Jeremy Dostal, Deputy Vermeersch, Melanie Leth, Tim Woessner, Craig Britton and Kathy Freeman
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda;
• Authorizing City Attorney to move forward razing the house at 912 Main Street East;
• Authorizing City Attorney to move ahead with the 2020 Improvement Project Settlement Agreement and the Mayor’s execution;
• Resolution 2023-26 – Local Road Improvement Program Funding for Airport Drive North Reconstruction;
• Legal agreement and allowing no less than a $100,000 cap on Wasioja’s funding costs for this project.
