Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen via video, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, A J Gengler, Jeremy Dostal, Kathy Freeman and others
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda;
• Tabling of request for annexation of property at 5th Ave NW;
• Public Hearing set for July 10, 2023, to enact an interim ordinance prohibiting establishment of new uses or the expansion of existing uses related to a cannabis business;
• Execution of Stipulation Agreement with MPCA;
• Location of bounce house for Dodger Days and road closures as necessary.
