SUMMARY COUNCIL MINUTES

Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, Dave Kenworthy, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Minutes and accounts payable as presented;
- McNeilus Truck to hold a “Touch a Truck” event in North Park August 6, 2022;
- Closing off a portion of 2nd St. NE September 17-18 for St. John Baptist de la Salle Catholic Church to hold an outdoor gathering and a gambling permit for a raffle September 18;
- Resolution 2022-028, A Resolution Appointing Election Judges for the Primary Election to be held on August 9, 2022 and the General Election to be held on November 8, 2022;
- Schedule a public hearing August 8, 2022 to update the Food Truck Ordinance;
- Not waive the tort of liability limits established by State law;
- Authorize City Administrator Lange negotiate the balance of the $68,000 with KM Telecom and sign off on it.
