SUMMARY COUNCIL MINUTES

Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Mark Barwald, Angie Jarrett, Dave Kenworthy, Rod French, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Minutes and accounts payable as presented;
- $7,377.44 for purchase indoor refrigerator sampler for the Wastewater Treatment Plant;
- $10,860 for purchase of a boom lift attachment for a maintenance pickup;
- Waiving a Conditional Use Permit and water charges for Grace Lutheran Church to have an ice rink winter 2022-2023, provided they give the City a letter of understanding;
- Fireworks display at North Park Saturday, June 18, 2022, and to pay Ryan Wieczorek $2,500 as down payment;
- Resolution 2022-014, A Resolution Denying Rezoning Request of Property Known as 710 3rd Avenue NW;
- Items to be sold using MinnBid;
- Resolution 2022-015, A Resolution to Elect the Standard Allowance Available Under the Revenue Loss Provision of the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Established Under the American Rescue Plan Act;
- Increase the City Administrator from a Step 2 to a Step 4.
