Congratulations to the winners of the annual Viterbo University Nightingale Nursing Scholarship Competition. Samantha Berndt of Prior Lake, Minn. took first place with a scholarship award of $24,000. Second place was Danielle Hallaway of Claremont, Minn. with a scholarship award of $16,000. In third place was Jacob Schradle of Cumberland, Wis. with an award of $12,000. Olivia Heinen of Sheboygan, Wis. took fourth place with a scholarship award of $10,000. In fifth place was Grace Hamilton of Hartland, Wis. with a scholarship award of $8,000. All scholarships will be divided over four years. Over 35 outstanding high school students competed in the event.
