The Apartment complex opened in April and is already at 60% occupancy. There are 56 apartments in the three story building and include 750 sq. ft. 1 bedroom/1 bath units starting at $1,080 per month, 1,100 sq. ft. 1 bedroom/1 bath w/den starting at $1,250 per month and 1,040 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath units starting at $1,250 per month.
The apartments include nine foot ceilings in each unit with vaulted ceilings in the third floor. Covered balconies, individual heat and air conditioning, high speed Internet available, washer and dryers in each unit, stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwashers. There is a large centrally located elevator to each floor. There is a large community room with a kitchenette and patio with outdoor grilling. A fitness center is also provided for the residents to use.
