Notice is hereby given that the Economic Development Authority of Dodge Center, Minnesota, will meet in the Conference Room, Municipal Building, on July 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to consider selling real property identified with the parcel identification numbers of: 22.260.1002, 22.260.1003, 22.260.1008, 22.260.1009, 22.260.1010, 22.260.1011 to McNeilus Properties, LLC for residential development. The map showing these properties is available at City Hall for the public to view.
All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed land sale should attend this meeting or submit written comment to the City Administrator.
