NOTICE OF HEARING ON CITY OF WEST CONCORD
2027 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of West Concord will meet in the council chambers at the Bell Tower Center, 401 Main Street of West Concord at 6:00p.m. on October 15, 2026 to consider making the proposed 2027 Street and Sidewalk Improvements on Main Street (CSAH 36) from Third Street to Front Street, on Front Street (CSAH 36) from Main Street to Concord Street (CSAH 24), on Third Street from Eugene Street to South Street, on First Street from Eugene Street to Southview Street, on Southview Street from First Street to State Street (TH 56), on all of Sterling Court east of First Street, and on all of Todd Court east of First Street, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $716,868. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
