Kim Gruber is the new manager at the West Concord municipal liquor store. She started the new position on June 23rd.
Kim and her husband Harry live near Faribault on a small hobby farm with some chickens and goats. They have one son. She enjoys spending time with family, hunting with her husband and traveling to places like Wyoming.
Kim has worked as a manager in the manufacturing and distribution industry as well as customer service and waitressing. She worked with BestBuy in Eden Prairie, Truth Hardware in Owatonna and Sheldahl in Northfield and most recently at Bushel Boy Farms in Owatonna.
Some of the changes she would like to see happen at the Muni are upgrading and changing the video game selections. And adding more events like music or music Bingo. She would like to see the food sales increase by bringing in more products within the license limits to offer patrons.
