The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
The following actions were approved:
* Agenda as presented.
* The following Consent Agenda items: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3.
* The following personnel actions: A.1, A.2, A.3, B.1, B.2, B.3, B.4, B.5, C.1.
* Funding 50% of requested amounts for opioid settlement fund distribution to Dodge Center Ambulance & West Concord Fire & Ambulance as discussed.
* Public Health’s request to increase staff FTE by .20 as requested using opioid settlement fund distribution.
* Payment of the following bills:
01 Revenue Fund $ 55,543.55
13 Road and Bridge Fund $ 35,033.48
16 Environmental Quality Fund $ 94,165.35
52 The Midway $ 174.00
Total $ 184,196.38
* Signatures to resolution #2026-27 – Drug Court Sober Fest 2027 Donation.
* Out-of-state travel for Assistant County Attorney Behrns to attend Prosecutor Training in September in Oklahoma as requested.
* Adjourning the meeting at 10:54 a.m.
