SUMMARY COUNCIL MINUTES

Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, David Myrom, Daren Meier, Craig Britton, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Agenda, consent agenda, minutes, and accounts payable as presented;
- Paid On-Call Ambulance Hire;
- Resolution 2022-036, Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans;
- To give the home owner of 912 East Main Street until December 1, 2022 to remove the home from the property;
- Proceed with an administrative warrant for 103 4th Ave. NE;
- Continue the removal of infested ash trees in 2022;
- Holiday-themed pots to be placed on the 8 corners of Main Street from November through February;
- Living Water Assembly Church to use Lions Park to hand out popcorn and warm drinks on October 31, 2022, and to place a port-a-potty there for the evening;
- Adding a proposed public ice rink at Grace Lutheran Church to the City’s insurance and authorize City staff to develop a lease agreement between the City of Dodge Center and Grace Lutheran Church;
- The Broadband Grant Agreement with KMTelecom;
- Cancel the City Council meeting scheduled for December 26 and hold a special meeting if needed;
- Donating 2 family season passes for the Aquatic Center to Triton Post Prom.
