Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, Mark Barwald, Angie Jarrett, David Myrom, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Agenda, consent agenda, minutes, and accounts payable as presented;
- Paid On-Call Ambulance Hires;
- Triton Student Council Color Run Route;
- Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Contract;
- Gambling Premises Permit for Mantorville Restoration Society;
- EDA Board Member Appointment;
- Abatement of 308 3rd Ave. NW;
- Abatement of 108 1st Ave. SE;
- Removal of high priority ash trees on City property for $12,310.30;
- Amend TIF agreement between the City and Dodger 56 LLC to allow up to $1.2M in eligible TIF reimbursements or 15 years, whichever comes first;
- Venom Softball to put a permanent softball fence on the southern softball/baseball diamond at North Park;
- Purchase of a leaf vacuum for $60,021;
- Begin advertising for an additional maintenance worker.
