Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Cathy Skogen, Gary Trelstad, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Deputy Tyler Vermeersch, AJ Gengler, Jeremy Dostal; Meredith Brose and Kathy Freeman
Absent:
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda to include: Minutes from November 12, 2024 City Council Special Meeting; November 12, 2024 City Council Special Canvassing Meeting; Resolution 2024-029 Certifying Delinquent Utility Charges to County Auditor for Collection; Termination of Seasonal Park Staff; Assessment Agreement Between Dodge Center and Dodge County; and Payment of Bills;
• Moving forward with the order to abate property at 606 5th St SE to include fencing for the dog(s);
• Fire Department purchase of four (4) head-sets at a cost of $6,538.80;
• Resolution 2024-030 Approving the Variance Application of Karen Reidel at 308 3rd Ave NE;
• Metco, Inc bid in the amount of $336,365, for Jet Fuel Expansion contingent upon acceptance by our Engineer.
