The City Council approved the following items:

• Agenda and consent agenda;

• Ordinance 157 – Amending Chapter 7 of City Code providing for the transfer of a Liquor License;

• Resolution 2023-016 – A Resolution awarding contract for 2023 Improvement Project to BCM Construction, Inc;

• Resolution 2023-017 – A Resolution allowing 2023 Improvement Project Reimbursement;

• Execution of ambulance building insurance claim settlement agreement.
