Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, John Fox, Meredith Brose, Deputy Tyler Breuer and Kathy Freeman. Senator Carla Nelson arrived at 7:07 p.m.
Absent: Cathy Skogen
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of July 14, 2025 Council Meeting, May 8 and June 10 Library Board Meeting, Consent to Assignment of Lease – Hangar Lot 17, Waiver of Ambulance Bill, Donation Request for Raffle from Relay for Life, Donation Request for Raffle from St John’s Catholic Church, Approval of MN Lawful Gambling Permit for St John’s Catholic Church and Payment of Bills;
• 2026 Contract Between City and County to Provide Law Enforcement Protection;
• Acceptance of State Grant for the new credit card system at the airport.
