Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Tracy Morrow, David Myrom, Mark Barwarld, Dave Kenworthy, Jeremy Dostal.
The City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda, minutes, and accounts payable as presented;
• Resolution 2023-001, A Resolution Designating Acting Mayor for 2023;
• Resolution 2023-002, A Resolution Designating Official Depositories of the City of Dodge Center Minnesota;
• Resolution 2023-004, A Resolution Designating a Newspaper for all Official Public Notices;
• Resolution 2023-006, A Resolution Approving Small Cities Development Program Application;
• Extending a formal job offer for the Administrative Assistant Job;
• Extending a formal job offer for Paid on Call EMT;
• Authorize staff to execute SCDP Deferred Mortgage Subordination;
• Appointment of Pete Henslin and Dan Fredrickson to a new three-year term to the Library Board;
• Closed Session;
• Opened Session;
• To affirm the City’s previous position
