Present: Acting Mayor Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, Vanessa Hines – Widseth and Kathy Freeman
Absent: Mayor Bill Ketchum
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda to include: Minutes from January 27, 2025, City Council Meeting, February 3, 2025 Special Council Meeting and November 25, 2024 Planning and Zoning Meeting; Ambulance Paid-On-Call EMT Hire – Tristan Sandberg; Gambling Pemit – Pheasants Forever and Payment of Bills;
• Resolution 2025-004 – A Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids;
• Parcel of land at 1st St NW donated by Liz Olson;
• Resolution 2025-005 – A Resolution Approving a Lot Split and Combination for Parcels Northwest of the Intersection of County 34 and Airport Drive;
• Requested changes to the Airport CIP offered by TKDA;
• Hiring of Rachel Jensen as Consultant for the Aquatic Center 2025 season.
