Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Marianne Sobek, John Fox, Jeremy Dostal, Meredith Brose, Tim Woessner, Vanessa Hines, Deputy Tyler Breuer and Kathy Freeman.
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of July 28, 2025 Council Meeting, Ambulance ALS Intercept Billing Agreement with West Concord; Ambulance Lucas 3 Automated CPR Device and Payment of Bills;
• Extend abatement of 14 3rd Ave NE to September 8, 2025;
• Move forward with condemnation notice to 206 2nd St SW;
• Move forward with condemnation notice to 107 E Main St;
• Move forward with condemnation notice to 103 4th Ave NE;
• Move forward with condemnation notice to 102 Central Ave.
