Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, John Fox, Jason Anderson, Melenie Leth, Deputy Isaac Gronseth, Mark Blaisdell and Stephanie Gonzalez
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include Minutes of March 23, 2026, City Council Meeting, Aquatic Center Wages, Designation of Free Swim Days, Community Center Policy Amendment, First Responder Pool Passes, Password Management Quote, Zumba/Water Aerobics, Payment Approval Report – 3-31-2026 and Payment of Bills;
• Purchase of a Caterpillar Model 305CR mini hydraulic excavator and trailer;
• Hiring of Jason Anderson a .5 FTE Paramedic to Ambulance Service;
• McNeilus Steel Easement Vacation Request tabled until April 27, 2026 meeting;
• McNeilus Steel Fourth Final Plat tabled until a decision is made regarding McNeilus Steel Easement Vacation request;
• Authorizing staff to send a letter to delinquent airport ground lessees and to send collection over to the City Attorney;
• Proposal of building a pond for wildlife purposes on land owned by Niall McNeilus.
