SUMMARY COUNCIL MINUTES

Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Bryce Lange, Tina Kozisek, Angie Jarrett, Ingvild Herfindahl, Dave Kenworthy, others.
The City Council approved the following items:
- Minutes and accounts payable as presented;
- Hiring a library intern for the summer months;
- Hiring 2 part-time EMTs to fill one of the open Paramedic positions;
- Removing the part-time paramedic pay scale and using the same pay scale for both part-time and full-time paramedics;
- Liquor license renewals pending proof of insurance policies;
- Donation of a family pass and 6 single day passes for the 2023 Aquatic Center season to the Loring Guenther Memorial Golf Tournament;
- Venom Softball to place a 20x40 cement pad at the north softball field at North Park for a future concession stand, as long as the thickness is correct for the size of the building;
- Set a public hearing for June 13 at 6 PM for a proposed amendment to the accessory structure ordinance;
- Three-year contract with Jeremy’s Lawn Care;
- Donation of a family pass for the 2023 Aquatic Center season to the Dodge County Relay for Life.
